Last updated: September 25, 2025
⚠️ Important Disclosure About Data Collection
PROMINENT DISCLOSURE: This app collects information about other apps installed on your device. This data is collected automatically by our advertising partners (Google AdMob, Unity Ads through LevelPlay, and Meta Audience Network) for the purposes of:
- Advertising personalization - To show you more relevant ads based on your app usage
- Fraud prevention - To detect and prevent advertising fraud
- Analytics - To understand user behavior and improve ad targeting
This collection happens automatically when the app starts, unless you have opted out of personalized ads in your device settings. You can control this data collection through your device's privacy settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization). By using this app, you consent to this data collection as described in this Privacy Policy.
Introduction
Sababa Creations ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Android game Clashora Color Combat collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. We also outline your rights and choices regarding your information. We adhere to Google Play's Developer Policies and applicable privacy laws worldwide (e.g., GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California) to ensure your data is handled lawfully and transparently. By playing Clashora Color Combat, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We minimize the personal data we collect. You do not need to create an account to play, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, precise GPS location, age, or any other directly identifying information. The types of information we collect are:
- Anonymous Authentication ID: When you launch the game, we use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to assign a random unique identifier to your device. This lets you play without signing in. This identifier contains no personal details and exists solely to keep your game session and progress (for example, for matchmaking and game state sync).
- Gameplay Data: During matches, the game state (such as moves on the 8×8 board and turn timers) is synchronized in real time via Firebase Realtime Database. This means your in-game actions are sent to our servers and to your opponent’s device. We temporarily store match data (e.g., the board layout, scores, timestamps) to enable live gameplay, allow re-connection if you disconnect, and show recent match history. This data is automatically cleared shortly after the match ends and is not tied to your real identity.
- Device and Usage Information: We automatically collect certain technical information about your device and how you use the game. This includes device attributes (such as model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers like your Android Advertising ID) and gameplay usage events (such as session duration, screens or menus visited, and in-game actions). For example, we may collect an Advertising ID (a unique, user-resettable device identifier) for analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting. We do not link this ID to your name or any direct personal details. We also collect log information such as your IP address and device user-agent (app version, platform) which may be automatically recorded when you connect to our servers. This technical data (collected through Google Firebase services, described below) helps us ensure the game functions properly across different devices and regions.
- Analytics & Crash Reports: We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with Clashora Color Combat, and Firebase Crashlytics & Performance Monitoring to identify crashes or performance issues. These services automatically collect data like your in-game events, error logs, and device details. For instance, Firebase Analytics can record events (e.g., level completions, button clicks) along with your device’s Instance ID and Advertising ID. Crashlytics collects crash reports containing technical crash traces and a unique installation UUID, and Performance Monitoring gathers data like app launch time or network latency along with an installation ID and IP address (used to map events to country). This information does not include personal identifiers like your name or email – it is used solely to diagnose issues and improve the gameplay experience.
- Advertising Data (Ad Networks): Our game displays advertisements to help support and monetize the experience. These ads may appear in different formats – for example, banner ads (small ads displayed at the edge of the screen), interstitial ads (full-screen ads shown during breaks or transitions in gameplay), or rewarded video ads (optional ads you can watch in exchange for an in-game reward). Regardless of format, the ads are delivered by third-party services (specifically Google AdMob, with mediation partners such as Meta Audience Network). When ads are shown, those partners may collect certain information from your device automatically. This can include your device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID mentioned above), IP address (which can be used to estimate your general location), device specifications (like OS version and model), and information about your interactions with the ads (for example, views, clicks, or whether you watched a video ad to completion). These ad networks may use the collected data to show you advertisements, to personalize ads to your interests (also called interest-based or personalized ads), and to perform analytics and fraud prevention related to the ads. We do not receive personal details like your name or contact information from these ad providers; any data they collect is handled under their own privacy policies. (We provide links to the privacy policies of Google and Meta in a later section of this Policy for your reference.)
- Contact Information (if you provide it): Outside the app, you might contact us via email or social media for support or feedback. In such cases, we may receive personal information you choose to provide (like your email address, name, or the content of your message). We will use this info only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, or address your feedback, and we will not use it for any marketing purposes.
Summary: In short, we collect only the data needed to run, monetize, and improve the game – primarily anonymous IDs, gameplay data, device/technical info, and usage analytics. We do not collect sensitive personal details or any information unrelated to the gameplay experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Improve the Game: We process gameplay and device data to operate Clashora Color Combat’s core features – for example, to anonymously match you with other players, keep the game board in sync in real time, and enforce turn timers. Analytics data helps us understand game balance and player engagement (e.g., which features are most used), so we can improve gameplay, fix bugs, and optimize performance. Crash and performance reports are used to diagnose technical issues and make the app more stable and efficient.
- To Provide Advertising and Monetization: We use data (such as device identifiers and contextual usage information) to integrate and display ads in the game. Advertising allows us to offer the game for free while generating revenue to support development. Our ad partners (Google and its mediation partners like Facebook/Meta) process your data to select and serve ads that may be relevant to you. In some cases, this means showing personalized ads that match your interests or demographic profile (based on data collected across apps and services by those partners). Where required by law, we ensure that appropriate consent is obtained for personalized advertising, and you always have the ability to opt out of personalized ads (see “Your Rights and Choices” below). We do not use your data to send you marketing emails or sell your information to advertisers; any advertising usage of data is confined to showing ads within the game itself through the approved ad networks.
- To Ensure Fair Play and Security: We may use device identifiers and other technical info to detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or misuse of the game. For example, analyzing device patterns and log data can help us identify suspicious activity (such as players trying to manipulate the game or use unauthorized hacks) and resolve errors that could affect fairness or security. This helps us maintain a safe and fair gaming environment for all players.
- To Communicate with You: If you reach out to us for support, feedback, or any reason, we will use your contact information to communicate and assist you. We might also send important service or policy updates through the game or via email (if you have provided it). For example, we may notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy, inform you of major updates to the game, or alert you to issues like server outages. We will not send you promotional or marketing messages unrelated to the game.
- To Comply with Legal Requirements: In rare cases, we may need to use or disclose information to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests. For instance, we might need to retain and provide certain data if required by a valid court order or to meet applicable law enforcement requests. Any such disclosure would be done only when legally required and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will always strive to limit the data shared to the minimum necessary in such circumstances.
In summary, we use your information only to deliver and enhance the gaming experience, support the app’s operations (including advertising within the app), maintain fairness and security, communicate necessary information to you, and fulfill our legal obligations. We do not use your data for any unrelated marketing purposes outside of the game. We also want to emphasize that while the game now includes third-party ads, we still do not sell your personal information to marketers. Any profiling for ad personalization is done by our integrated ad partners, and it is solely aimed at providing relevant ads in the game. All usage of data remains focused on running and improving the game and sustaining it through ads, in a way that is transparent and respectful of your privacy.
If we plan to use your data for any new purposes in the future (such as introducing new features that involve additional personal data or expanding our use of data in ways not covered here), we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and, if necessary, request your consent. We will not surprise you with unexpected data practices – any new use of your data will be explained here first, and you will have the opportunity to review changes or opt in when required.
How We Share Your Information
We value your privacy and limit the sharing of data to only what is necessary to run our services, show ads, and comply with the law. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing. Here are the circumstances under which we share data:
- Service Providers (Firebase – Google): We rely on Google Firebase cloud services as an extension of our app’s backend and analytics infrastructure. This means the information described above (anonymous IDs, gameplay data, analytics, crash reports, etc.) is transmitted to and stored on Google’s Firebase servers. Google processes this data on our behalf for the purposes we’ve described (authentication, data synchronization, analytics, crash diagnostics, etc.). In this role, Google acts as our “data processor” or service provider and is contractually bound to only use the data in line with our instructions and this Privacy Policy. We have ensured that Firebase implements strong security measures and complies with privacy regulations – for example, Google encrypts data in transit (sending data over HTTPS) to protect it. For more details on Google’s privacy practices, you can review Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s information on how data from apps is used (we provide links to these in the “Your Rights and Choices” section below).
- Advertising Partners (Ad Networks): We use third-party advertising networks to display ads in Clashora Color Combat. Specifically, we have integrated Google AdMob, which may also source ads from mediation partners such as Meta Audience Network (Facebook). When you use the game, these ad partners automatically receive certain information as needed to provide ads. This can include your device’s Advertising ID, IP address, and other device or usage data (as described in “Advertising Data” above). They use this information to decide which ad to show you, to personalize ads (if you have not opted out and personalization is allowed), to measure ad effectiveness (like counting impressions and clicks), and to prevent fraud. These advertising partners operate under their own privacy policies and may be considered separate “data controllers” for the data they collect for ads. However, our agreements with them require that they only use the data for legitimate purposes like serving ads and complying with legal requirements. We ensure that any ad networks we use have appropriate privacy and security practices in place. (Both Google and Meta, for example, are companies that adhere to major privacy frameworks and offer ways for users to control their data – see the links in “Your Rights and Choices” for their privacy policies.) Importantly, we do not share any information with advertisers in a way that directly identifies you. We do not give out your name, contact info, or anything personal to advertisers. All ad targeting is handled by the network using the data collected automatically from your device, and we only receive aggregate reports (e.g., how many users saw or clicked an ad). Additionally, if you interact with an advertisement (for example, by clicking on it), you may be taken to a third-party site or app store. Any information you provide to those external sites (or any tracking they do outside our app) is subject to that third party’s privacy policies, not this one.
- Matchmaking and Other Players: When you play a two-player match, your opponent will see limited in-game information about you such as your in-game avatar or nickname (if the game provides those) and your moves during the match. They do not see any personal information about you, since the game uses anonymous matchmaking and random identifiers. Both players’ moves and game actions are shared with each other in real time via our servers to enable gameplay, but this data is transient and tied only to temporary player IDs (not to real world identities).
- Legal Compliance and Safety: We may disclose information if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation, law or court order; (b) protect and defend our rights or property, or the rights, property, or safety of our users or others; or (c) investigate and help prevent fraud or security issues. For example, if law enforcement with appropriate authority and documentation requires us to provide certain data for an investigation, or if we need to report users engaged in fraudulent or malicious activity, we will comply as required by law. In doing so, we will only provide the minimum data necessary and will ensure any request is valid and lawful.
- Business Transfers: If Sababa Creations is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other business transaction, user information (to the limited extent we have any personal data) may be transferred to the successor or new owner as part of that deal. In such a case, the new owner would be obligated to continue to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy regarding your information. We will notify you (for example, via an in-app notice or an update to this Policy) if any such transfer occurs, so you are aware of any change in ownership or handling of your personal data.
In summary: Your data stays within the game’s ecosystem and with trusted service providers/partners for processing. We treat your data with confidentiality and never divulge more than necessary to any outside party. Aside from the cases above – using Firebase and ad networks as part of our service, enabling gameplay between players, complying with the law, or potential business transitions – we do not share your personal data with any third parties. We also do not rent or sell your information. All third-party integrations are governed by strict data protection agreements or terms. For instance, Google and Meta are certified under major privacy frameworks and use data only as needed to provide their services to us (Firebase services, advertising, etc.), consistent with this Policy and applicable laws.
Data Retention
We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, after which we delete or anonymize it. Below is an overview of our data retention practices for different categories of data:
- Gameplay and Match Data: Data from live matches (such as the game board state, moves, and match results) is short-lived. We keep this data only during the game and for a brief period after the match concludes (primarily to allow players to review the outcome or reconnect if needed after a disconnection). After that, the match data is automatically cleared from our servers – typically within hours, and at most a few days after the match ends. We do not archive your gameplay history in a way that is personally identifiable to you. Once removed, this match data is gone permanently from our active systems.
- Anonymous Authentication IDs: If you use our anonymous login (Firebase Anonymous Auth), Firebase issues a unique ID for your device. We retain that ID for as long as it is needed for you to use the app seamlessly (so you can keep your progress or identity across sessions). However, if you uninstall the app or if your app goes unused for an extended period, that anonymous ID may be purged from our systems. Since the ID isn’t tied to personal information, it generally remains until you reset the app data or we perform periodic clean-ups of unused identifiers. If you wish to invalidate this identifier yourself, you can clear the app data or reinstall the game, which will result in a new anonymous ID being assigned.
- Analytics Data: Analytics events and aggregated statistics are kept for analysis so we can observe long-term trends (for example, to see how game updates affect user engagement over time). Google Firebase Analytics provides data retention controls; typically, user-level data associated with identifiers (like your device’s analytics ID or Advertising ID) is retained for a set period by Google (e.g., 2 months by default for user-level data, extendable up to 14 months) and then automatically deleted or anonymized. We do not store detailed analytics data on our own servers outside of Firebase. We mainly look at aggregated data (which does not directly identify individuals). Also, note that any analytics identifiers (like the Advertising ID or Firebase Instance ID) can be reset by you (as described in “Your Rights and Choices”), which effectively disassociates past analytics data from your device when a new ID is generated.
- Crash and Performance Logs: Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring data is retained for a limited time by Firebase to allow us to investigate and fix issues. Crash reports and related diagnostic information are generally available to us for about 90 days before they are automatically deleted from Firebase’s live and backup systems. Performance monitoring events (which might include metrics like app start time or network request timings) linked to your device’s installation ID are similarly retained for a short period (Firebase typically keeps performance trace data for 30–60 days). This means that if, for example, your app crashes on a certain date, that crash report will only be accessible to us for a few months at most, after which it is removed.
- Server Logs (IP Addresses, etc.): Any server logs that include IP addresses or user-agent strings (for example, logs from our game servers or the Firebase Realtime Database when you connect) are retained only for brief periods necessary for security monitoring and troubleshooting. For instance, Firebase Realtime Database may retain IP and user-agent data for a few days by default to enable usage analysis and debugging tools, after which it discards that data. We do not store IP addresses or similar log data long-term in connection with any personal identifiers.
- Advertising Data: We do not store personal advertising-related data on our own servers. Information used for ads (such as your Advertising ID, IP address, and ad interaction data) is collected and stored by the third-party ad networks (Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network) according to their policies. These partners typically retain advertising data as long as needed for purposes like displaying and measuring ads, ensuring compliance (e.g., fraud detection), and fulfilling their legal or financial reporting obligations. For example, they may keep logs of ads served and clicked for some months or years as required for auditing and payment calculations. The exact retention practices are determined by Google and Meta under their privacy policies. We ourselves only have access to aggregated ad performance data (for instance, total number of ad impressions or clicks in our game, revenue reports), which does not identify you personally. Such aggregated data may be kept for our business records (to track how our ad revenue changes over time, etc.). If you have questions about how long the ad networks keep data about you, we encourage you to review Google’s and Meta’s privacy documentation or contact us for assistance.
- Contact & Support Communications: If you contact us via email or another channel, we may retain that correspondence (including your email address and the content of your message) for as long as needed to address your issue and maintain a record of our communications. Typically, support emails are kept for a period of time in case we need to reference past communications to troubleshoot ongoing issues or note feedback for future improvements. We will not keep these communications longer than necessary. If you request that we delete our conversation history with you, we will delete those records (unless we are required to keep them for legal reasons).
After the applicable retention periods described above, we either securely delete your data or irreversibly anonymize it (so it can no longer be linked to you). For example, we might keep aggregated analytics data that contains no personal info to understand overall game performance over time, but any individual device-level data is removed or de-identified on schedule.
Please note that in certain cases we may need to retain information for longer if required by law or necessary to resolve disputes. For instance, if a law requires us to keep certain records for a minimum time (e.g., financial/tax regulations or legal claims), we will comply with those requirements. However, since our game collects minimal personal data, in most cases data will not be kept beyond what’s needed for the purposes stated. If you have any specific questions about our data retention practices or timeframes, feel free to contact us.
Children’s Privacy
Clashora Color Combat is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. The game is designed for a general audience, and we ask that children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) do not use the game without verifiable parental consent. We do not target or tailor the game to young children, and we do not knowingly use Firebase, AdMob, or any other services to collect data from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 may have provided us with personal information (for example, if a young child contacts us via email, or if they are using the game in violation of our age guidance), please contact us immediately at apps.sababacreations@gmail.com. We will promptly investigate and delete any personal information we might have collected from the child. In the event we ever inadvertently collect personal data from a child, we will take action in accordance with applicable laws such as the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) – for example, ensuring that data is erased from our records and not shared further.
We also want to emphasize that we deliberately minimize data collection in our game (we don’t ask for things like full name, address, or school info at all), which helps protect minors as well as all players. By using anonymous login and not having social features like chat or friend lists, we reduce the risks to all users, including children. Additionally, our advertising partners offer tools to flag content and ensure ads are appropriate for the app’s audience. If we discover that a user under 13 is playing, we will take steps to restrict data collection from that user (for instance, disabling personalized ads for that user or limiting analytics) and ensure their privacy is protected.
In summary, if you are under 13, please do not play this game without permission and supervision from a parent or guardian. If we learn of any issue regarding a minor’s data, we will address it swiftly to protect the child’s privacy.
Your Rights and Choices
We believe you should have control over your personal data. While our collection of personal information is very limited, you still have certain rights and choices regarding the data that is collected and how it’s used. These rights may vary based on your location, but we extend basic privacy assurances to all players. Key rights and choices include:
- Access and Correction: You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you and to ask for corrections if that data is inaccurate or incomplete. Because our game doesn’t collect traditional personal identifiers (we do not have your name, email, or address in the app’s data), there may be little to “access” that can be tied specifically to you. However, if you reach out to us with an inquiry, we will do our best to provide you with information about your data (for example, we can tell you what data is associated with your device’s anonymous ID, such as recent gameplay or analytics records, if any) and assist in correcting any inaccuracies if possible.
- Deletion of Data: You can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. For instance, if you contacted us via email and you want that correspondence erased from our records, we will honor that request (unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons). Within the app, most data is anonymous and/or ephemeral (e.g., match data is already auto-deleted after the match, and analytics data is aggregated). If you want any residual data associated with your device’s identifiers to be deleted (such as analytics logs on Firebase), you can contact us and we will work to remove or anonymize data associated with your device where feasible. Additionally, simply uninstalling the app will stop the collection of any new data from your device. Since we do not maintain user accounts or profiles, uninstalling (or resetting the app data) effectively discontinues any data collection and severs the link between you and the data that was previously collected via that installation.
- Opt-Out of Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to improve our game, but we respect your choice if you do not want your gameplay data included in analytics. You can opt out of Firebase Analytics data collection by disabling analytics in the app’s settings (if such an option is provided) or by adjusting your device settings. On Android devices, you can limit tracking by resetting or deleting your device’s Advertising ID (found in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads). Resetting the Advertising ID will disassociate past analytics data from your device (a new anonymous ID will be created for your device), and deleting it (or disabling Ads Personalization as described below) will prevent apps (including ours) from accessing it (the system will provide a blank or zeroed ID). Our game honors these settings – for example, if you have enabled “Opt out of Ads Personalization” at the device level, Firebase Analytics will refrain from using the Advertising ID for analytics or any personalization.
- Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising: If you prefer not to receive personalized (interest-based) ads in Clashora Color Combat, you have the ability to opt out. The easiest way is through your device’s settings: on Android, go to your device’s settings and find the Google or Privacy section, then look for “Ads” (or “Ads and Privacy”). There you can enable an option such as “Opt out of Ads Personalization” or on newer Android versions, you may see an option to “Delete advertising ID” or “Reset advertising ID.” By opting out or resetting the ID, you inform our ad providers (like Google AdMob and Facebook Audience Network) that you do not want your data used for targeted advertising. Once you do this, the ad networks will serve you non-personalized ads – meaning you’ll still see ads, but they should be less tailored to you (more generic). Our game will respect and pass along this preference to the ad providers. Additionally, if you are in a region that requires consent for ads (such as the EU, under GDPR), we will abide by any consent choices you make. We may present a consent dialog when you first play the game in certain regions, allowing you to choose between personalized ads or non-personalized ads. You can also contact us at any time to change your ad preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate such requests (for example, by ensuring the ad networks are informed of your preference for non-personalized ads).
- Opt-Out of Push Notifications: (If applicable) If Clashora Color Combat sends push notifications (for example, game invites or turn reminders), you can always opt out by disabling notifications for the app in your device settings. We will not send you marketing or promotional notifications – any notifications would be purely functional or related to gameplay (like informing you that it’s your turn in an ongoing match). You have full control via your device’s notification settings to turn these notifications on or off at any time.
- California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). These include the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you; the right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected (with some exceptions as provided by law); and the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We want to reiterate that we do not sell your personal data to third parties for monetary compensation. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that is considered a “sale” under CCPA definitions, except for the integration of third-party advertising services as described in this policy. If you believe that the use of data by our advertising partners constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under CCPA, you can opt out by using the device-level advertising opt-out described above (which we treat as a valid do-not-sell/do-not-share request) or by contacting us to manually process an opt-out. If you send us a request concerning your data (whether it’s to know, delete, or opt-out), we will verify your identity (for example, by having you send the request from within the app or responding to an email verification) and respond within the timeframe required by law (typically within 45 days for CCPA requests). We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights – meaning we won’t deny you access to the game or provide a lesser experience just because you made a data request or opt-out.
- EU/EEA/UK Privacy Rights (GDPR): If you are in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a similar jurisdiction with comprehensive data protection laws, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent laws. These include: the right to access the data we have about you; the right to correct or rectify any data that is inaccurate; the right to have your data deleted (the “right to be forgotten”); the right to restrict or object to certain types of processing of your data; and the right to data portability (to receive your data in a commonly used format). You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time if we relied on consent for processing your data (for example, if you previously consented to personalized ads, you can withdraw that consent, and we will stop that processing for your device). In the context of our game, most data is processed under what’s called “legitimate interests” (for instance, improving our service through analytics or showing ads to support the service) because we collect very limited personal data and use it in ways that are necessary and expected for running the game. However, we always honor your rights: if you object to any processing (such as use of your data for advertising or analytics), we will review and accommodate that objection in line with legal requirements. For example, if you object to your data being used for personalized advertising, we will ensure you only receive non-personalized ads or none at all. If you believe our processing of your data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA). We kindly ask that you consider contacting us first with any concerns so we can try to address them directly.
- Managing Cookies and Similar Technologies: Our mobile game does not use traditional “cookies” like a website would. However, the third-party services we integrate (such as Firebase Analytics or AdMob) may use technologies analogous to cookies within the app environment. For example, these may include unique identifiers stored on your device (like the Firebase Instance ID or Advertising ID) which serve a similar purpose to cookies by distinguishing your device for analytics or ad serving. You have control over these in the ways described above (you can reset or remove the Advertising ID, and you can reinstall the app to reset the Instance ID). If in the future we integrate any web-based content or external links in the app that use cookies, we will provide appropriate notice and options to manage those cookies. As of now, there are no traditional cookies to manage within the app.
To exercise any of your rights or make any requests regarding your data, please contact us at apps.sababacreations@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity (to ensure we are addressing the correct person’s data) by, for example, asking you to send the request from the email associated with your inquiry or by confirming some device information. Once verified, we will do our best to fulfill your request within the legally required timeframes (for example, 30 days for many requests under GDPR, or 45 days for CCPA, with extensions if needed which we will communicate to you).
Your choices: Remember that you are free to stop using Clashora Color Combat at any time. If you uninstall the game, we will no longer collect data from that device. You can also choose to disable certain types of data collection (like analytics or personalized ads) as described above without losing access to the core game. We want you to feel comfortable and in control when playing our game, so please reach out if you have any questions or need assistance managing your data preferences.
Third-Party Privacy Information: For your reference, here are links to the privacy policies of the external services we use in our game:
These links may help you better understand how our partners handle your data. We encourage you to review them if you want more detail on their practices.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. We have implemented reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Some of the security practices we employ include:
- Encryption: All communication between the game and our servers (including interactions with Firebase and ad services) is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). This means that any data sent over the internet – such as your gameplay moves, analytics events, or ad requests – is encrypted so that no one can eavesdrop on it. For example, when the game syncs the board state with your opponent or fetches an advertisement from our ad provider, that data is transmitted securely.
- Secure Storage: Data stored in Firebase (our backend database, analytics, etc.) is protected by Google’s robust security infrastructure. Google Firebase automatically encrypts sensitive data at rest on their servers. Similarly, data handled by Google AdMob and Meta’s Audience Network is stored on their secure servers. We rely on Google’s and Meta’s state-of-the-art data centers and security certifications (such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.) to keep data safe. Within Firebase, access to databases is restricted by authentication and industry-standard security rules, meaning only authorized requests (like those from our game servers or the app with the correct credentials) can read or write the necessary data.
- Internal Access Control: Within Sababa Creations, access to any data (even the limited anonymous or aggregated data we have) is restricted to personnel who need it to operate or improve the game. For example, our developers and analysts can access aggregated analytics or crash logs to troubleshoot issues and improve the game, but they cannot easily tie those logs to an individual person, and they do not have access to personal identifiers. We maintain strict controls and logs to prevent any unauthorized internal access to data.
- Testing and Best Practices: We keep our software (both the game and our server components) up to date and follow secure coding practices to minimize vulnerabilities. We also use Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring to quickly identify and address any stability or security issues that arise. If any security vulnerability or bug is discovered, we treat it with high priority and work to fix it promptly. We regularly review our code and third-party SDKs (like Firebase and AdMob) for updates that improve security.
- No Sensitive Data Stored: We intentionally do not collect highly sensitive personal information (such as passwords, payment card details, or home addresses) in Clashora Color Combat. By not handling such data in the first place, we significantly reduce the risk to you in the unlikely event of a data incident. The absence of sensitive data is itself a protective measure – for example, even if someone were to intercept data from our app (which is already encrypted), it would not contain things like your financial information or real identity details.
Despite all our efforts, it’s important to note that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We continuously strive to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. For instance, mobile devices can be compromised if they are affected by malware, or data could potentially be intercepted if you’re on an unsecured Wi-Fi network (though encryption greatly mitigates this risk). We recommend that you also take steps to secure your own device and data: use strong passwords/PINs, keep your device’s operating system and apps updated to patch security vulnerabilities, and only download apps from trusted sources like Google Play.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will follow all applicable laws regarding notification. This means that if something unexpected happens (for example, if our databases or servers were ever compromised in a cyberattack), we would promptly investigate the situation and inform affected users as well as appropriate authorities/regulators as required by law. We would also take any steps necessary to mitigate harm (such as resetting IDs, reinforcing security, or helping users with precautions) and to prevent future incidents.
Your trust is our priority. We will continue to enhance our security measures as new technologies and best practices emerge, to ensure that Clashora Color Combat remains a safe environment for your data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update or change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy. For significant changes, we may provide a more prominent notice as well – for example, an in-app notification or a note on our Google Play Store listing – so that you are aware of the modifications.
Any changes will become effective when the revised Policy is posted or communicated to users (through the app or other channels), unless stated otherwise. It’s a good idea to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting and using your information. Your continued use of Clashora Color Combat after any Privacy Policy update will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
If we make material changes to the way we collect or use personal data, we will take additional steps as needed. For example, if in the future we introduce a major new feature like in-game chat or a social leaderboard, or if we begin to use personal data in a new way (such as new types of ads or sharing), we will update this Policy accordingly and, if required, obtain your consent. We want you to remain in control of your personal information and to not be caught off guard by any changes in data practices. Rest assured, any new uses of data will be explained here first, and you’ll have a chance to review or opt in as needed.
In summary, we are committed to keeping this Policy up-to-date as our game evolves. Whenever we update our privacy practices, we will reflect those changes here and let you know. The “Last updated” date at the top will let you know when the last changes were made so you can tell if there have been recent updates.
